"We loved the property. The house is spacious and beautiful. The game room provided many hours of fun! We were a little surprised at the cleaning "rules" and that we had to make our own beds. That would be the only negative thing we had to say about this property."

"Location was good for our itinerary which included a trip to Bayfield plus some hiking and a day on the UTV trails. Beautiful scenery at the home, but it seems house had a problem with mice that should get fixed. Overall we enjoyed our stay once we accepted we would share the space with some uninvited guests. 😁"

"W the welcoming calls of loons from crystal clear Grand Portage Lake. What a wonderful stay! The cottage was beautifully appointed. The ample outside spaces provided postcard views. Located close to grocery, downtown restaurants and the Heart of Vilas bike trail head, we could not have enjoyed our stay more and look forward to our visiting again soon."

"Went to area to ski, but due to extreme cold weather, could only ski one day. The house was great. Beds and bedding were great. Hot chocolate and bagels left by property owner were a nice treat. Grandkids loved all the games. Couldn't find the shower at first, but then located it behind the door in the sauna. We all love saunas, so an added treat."

"Needs some deep cleaning and better furniture. House is poorly organized in the living room. Kitchen is stocked well but dry good storage is lacking. Needs more kid friendly glassware and plates. Cobwebs are plentiful. Kayak and canoe were awesome. Did not rent the pontoon. Beds were comfortable and plenty of bedding supplied."
