"The hotel has some amazing charm and looks and feels like a classic ski resort. However, the pool area and spa area is a circus. No joke, the hot tubs was totality full. The kid friendly tub has 14 kids along with the adults. The adult ones was just as full. I think we had 27 people in our. In short, you are going to touch people. The pools are just as crazy. This was between 4-6 pm. Ow, barrel saunas was a constant in and out and never got hot. The hotel is great but don’t expect that perfect...

Also, the dishwasher was broken so that was difficult. The whole place could use a refresh. I would t recommend for a summer stay but in winter it would probably be very cozy. "

"I liked the ski in/out and its proximity to the gondola. I did not like the ski valet as it caused line ups/delays to get your skis in the morning or an unnecessary visit prior to skiing to avoid the line. (This area should be turned into lockers if possible.) I also did not like the hot tubs as there was not enough room (or tubs) and were always shoulder to shoulder post skiing.
