"I love the property but is a little annoying that the check in is at 4:00 pm. were most hotels is at 1:00 pm latest. Is good to consider that if you are going to arrive early. "

But with no AC and only 4 small windows with no air flow and no screens it was very very hot and stuffy. They did bring us two more fans which made it bearable but not comfortable. Also, the dishwasher was broken so that was difficult. The whole place could use a refresh. I would t recommend for a summer stay but in winter it would probably be very cozy. "

"We rented unit 264, a 2 bedroom condo. The condo was clean, everything worked and was in good order. The beds and linens were comfortable. The Aspen's has three hot tubs and a heated outdoor pool. Wonderful apri ski social time in the hot tubs learning about other skiers adventures for the day. This complex is easy ski in ski out and have a wonderful ski vale. "We love this spot and have stayed at Aspen 3 times. The parking is a bit pricey, but reception and valet staff are great! "

"I liked the ski in/out and its proximity to the gondola. I did not like the ski valet as it caused line ups/delays to get your skis in the morning or an unnecessary visit prior to skiing to avoid the line. (This area should be turned into lockers if possible.) I also did not like the hot tubs as there was not enough room (or tubs) and were always shoulder to shoulder post skiing. "This property (unit 207) was adequate but is dated. It was fine for the price that we paid but I'm not sure I'd stay there again. The pillows were horrible and I'm quite sensitive to dust and found myself awake both nights with allergies. The place is NOT dusty and appeared perfectly clean but I think this is how it is with older properties. I also saw silverfish in the bathroom while I was up in the middle of the night. I think this may be expected in an older property but still not...
