"Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. The room was very clean and in great condition. The cleaning staff was courteous, helpful, and thorough -- exceptional during our stay. Nice shuttle service to the ski lifts. Very convenient to several great places to eat within a block of the hotel. The only 4/5 rating was due to one of two elevators out of service during all three days of our stay, often causing longer waits. Not a huge deal, as things need maintenance from time to time. Another note... If you have a taller vehicle (like one with a cargo box on top for your skis), you might exceed the height limit of the parking garage under the hotel. The parking garage under the library and museum has plenty of height clearance and just a short walk on Main St from the hotel. Thanks to the person at the front desk during out check-in for that advice."

"It’s was wonderful but needs more trash cans around the facility as well as vending machines for drinks. "

"We stayed as a family with a baby who was almost 2 years old. The baby loved the indoor swimming pool. We felt that the hot water pool was very comfortable and we didn't have to worry about catching a cold. The breakfast was also very rich."

"The check in process was very seamless. I was able to check in partially online so less time was spent at the front desk. The staff at the lodge were very helpful, welcoming and kind. The location is superb. Right in the middle of the village. The room was tidy with necessities. We had the deluxe room with 2 queen beds and it was very specious. I really like that I was able to text the front desk if we have any questions or need anything. I understand this is more for locals since it requires a network connection. Would be nice if it was WhatsApp instead for foreign travellers. I will definitely come back and recommend to others. "
