"The pace was great! Relaxing and so close to the ski resort and to be honest better than the ski resort conditions as we stayed there two weeks to this stay! It was easy to relax after a long day of skiing and hop in the sauna for some added relaxation and recovery. Being able to make our own food was helpful as the grocery stores are not far at all so you can stick in while there! It was secluded but not too secluded :) would def stay again!"

"This is a very nice property situated directly across the parking lot from Ski Brule. The kitchen is well stocked and the unit itself was very clean with a rustic feel. The wifi connectivity was quite slow and the fireplace was unfortunately out of commission, but we still had a great stay. "

"We rented the chalet for a ski trip with two families of four. We had an amazing time, enjoying some of the best skiing in the Midwest. The chalet is perfectly located on the slopes of Powderhorn Mountain, just a two-minute drive away. It’s very comfortable and well-appointed, with all the amenities listed in great condition. "Great place for our 8th annual ski vacay. So nice to have the top & bottom as space was big enough to all be together but each had their own rooms. Sauna was hard to regulate but hot tub was a plus. We may actually rent this one again!"

"We loved this place, it felt like home. It was quite, new and for the most part comfy. We brought to much stuff so not exaxtly enough room to put everything but we were outside most of time anyway. If there was a negative that I have to say us that we couldnt get any TV, like there was no internet and the bed might have abeen a bit hard for my back. But with that said if we ever come back this was we will never rent a hotel room, only Explore will we rent. Loved it😁"

"This property was absolutely amazing! The studio was perfect size for my fiance and I and we really enjoyed hiking around the property. Although the houses were close together, we couldn’t hear the neighbors at all. Views were great and the place was immaculately clean. The only thing is that we had about 5 minutes of hot water in the shower before it turned cold. No big deal at all and we’re not complaining, just wouldn’t have tried to wash my thick hair if I knew. Still, I absolutely recommend...

"We were up for a long ski weekend, cozy cabin with a great fireplace. Very close to both Jackson Creek, blackjack and powderhorn. Skied them all, as well as visited the ski flying jump."

"This is the cutest little place. Perfect for a small family. The house was hard to find with the GPS not working as great since service is hit or miss. After 40 min going up and down the street we asked some ladies walking and they pointed us in the right direction. The lake isn’t to far down a little walkway, however… the black flies made it hard to enjoy the outdoors, locals said they aren’t usually as bad in July… but I have never been to the U.P. Now I know and will use that info for next...
