"Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay but the bread wasn’t always fresh. "The location can't be beat! The rooms were clean, modern, and had thoughtful touches like a bottle of water, snacks, and coffee. The lift was broken when we arrived, which made dragging our luggage up 4 flights of stairs pretty miserable. They did fix it two days later so that was good. "

"Very good location with access to the subway on your doorstep. Lots of shops nearby. The hotel does feel like its long overdue a refurbishment. Some of the wiring in the room and bathroom looked a bit dodgy for a hotel in an EU capital city. It was very hot whilst we were there and there was no air conditioning or fans in our room which made it a little uncomfortable. Overall it isn't a 5* hotel but then we did book it as it was cheap so can't expect it to be, it was clean and it served our...
