"Der Aufenthalt musste wegen der Überschwemmungskatastrophe in Niederösterreich auf 16.-26.10. verschoben werden. Die gebuchte Wohnung sollte über 2 Terrassen, Marmorbad mit Bidet und separates WC verfügen. Beschreibung und Fotos versprachen eine gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Im Gegensatz dazu war die zugewiesene Wohnung minimalistisch ausgestattet, hatte ein kleines nicht beheizbares!! Duschbad mit WC, weder Terrasse noch Balkon. 5 Handtücher für 10 Tage, 2 Bettdecken, 2 Kopfkissen....

In der ersten Wohnung war der Fernseher kaputt, es standen 6 Betten drin, mutmaßlich für Handwerker. Kaffeemaschine gab es nicht, genauso wenig ein Ofen. Die Mikrowelle war verrostet. "We really loved the home. It had everything you could possibly need or want, and the view was spectacular. I would only advise that guests avoid the main train station at night as there is an obvious drug problem there."

"BUCHT DIESE UNTERKUNFT NICHT!!! Wir hatten bis ein paar Tage vor der Anreise keine Information zum check-in erhalten. Der Gastgeber hat weder auf Nachrichten reagiert, noch Anrufe entgegen genommen. Da ging sofort die Mailbox ran. Letztendlich standen wir in Wien vor verschlossener Tür. Auch Fewo-direkt konnte keinen Kontakt herstellen nachdem wir um Hilfe gebeten haben. Wir haben uns dann eine andere Unterkunft suchen müssen. Angeblich erstattet Fewo-direkt uns das. Wie die Unterkunft von innen...

"Karşılayan olmayacağını biliyorduk. Fakat, giriş bilgileri geç ve eksik geldi. Ailecek 1 hafta konakladık. Konum iyi. Bına ve daire eski ve bakımsız. Lavobo tıkalıydı ve ev sahibi geri dönmedi. Banyo ve tuvalet çok küçüktü. Wifi olduğu belirtiliyordu fakat şifre verilmedi. O nedenle sorun yaşadık. Ev sahibi hiçbir koşulda geri dönüş sağlamadı. Ev iyi temizlenmemişti. Çok memnun kalmadık. "

"Really nice time staying in the family loft. Transport links into tourist areas are very easy. Lack of a reasonable breakfast buffet option is a downside (€18 per person!). At least there is a Stöck about 5 minutes walk up the road for a more reasonable breakfast. It also wasn't clear where bins should be emptied to. But this is a minor gripe."
