"We only spent one night but it was NYE and there were plenty of food options within walking distance. The directions for accessing the property were helpful and crucial. A couple downsides were the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept well and none of the TV remotes had batteries (one didn’t work even with batteries). Not a huge thing but we wanted to watch the ball drop on NYE."

"The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock....

"Overall, it was a good stay. Communication with owner was good and she was quick to reply to all questions and concerns throughout the stay. The size of the place and amenities were perfect for what we needed. However, cleanliness could be greatly improved. The yellow couch in the living room was very stained and there was debris all over the floor throughout the apartment, which made the stay feel uninviting and slightly uncomfortable.
