"We were unable to find the property or reach Shaw Carter, the property manager (or whatever). We were stranded and Verbo found us a room at Best West. We had to pay for the night and decided to spend the additional 2 nights in Santa Monica. I tried to reach BW for itemized receipt but manager not in until Monday. Will send info asap. "

"The location of this property is perfect, whole foods and Starbucks within walking distance, a shopping mall, and restaurants. The property is also a perfect location for all the tourists attractions. The accommodation was lovely, clean, and had all the amenities needed for a family. We can’t recommend this place enough, and Ella was the perfect host. "

"We loved the location, and the place was clean, and we had everything we needed. When we contacted the property manager over very minor issues, I was impressed with their responsiveness. We didn’t need them to do anything, but they were willing to whatever was needed to make us happy. If David Gilmour ever returns to the Hollywood Bowl, we will try to return here."
