"Great for a farm & sunset. Not all buildings had AC (a must). No TV & split building was easy to hear neighbor talking at normal volume. Dominic & staff were great. Common area was great. Food was good. Atmosphere was good, but descriptions like "farm tour available" were a stretch. Asked about it & seemed like it they weren't sure what we were talking about. "The familt thst run the property are not the owners. Very nice family however we did not get the room that we booked. We were told we had to have the basic room rsther than the superior room we chose as thw owner had not setup the Expedia system corectly. Hence the price we paid was only for the basic room. They need to sort this out as would have stayed elsewhere had we known. "
