"A serious problem was when we arrived at the reception, there was no one there and it was the night guard and a resident who helped us, but we lost 3 hours until they located my reservation. I arrived at 11:30 pm and only managed to get in at 3:30 am."

"When we arrived to check into our prepaid studio apartment, they had no available room for us. They instead sent us to another hotel that was terrible and told us they'd be back to pick us up at 7am. We were in the lobby waiting until 7:30 when I asked if they were coming. "stay on the 7th floor which have no lift, got to climb stairs as lift only up to 6th floor. Night time can hear the machinery sound of the lift plus the sound from the night bar just right beside the hotel. Have rat eat the snacks in the room,already told the staff about it but they seems like do not understand or just ignore it and charge me for the snacks when we check out. Overall experience is not good. Not recommended."

"Everything is very new. So, it was very clean but it still had that "fresh paint" smell a bit. While my room was very clear, and well stocked, it was a bit small for a Deluxe room. The staff were absolutely wonderful with excellent English skills."

"It was our first time in Hanoi. The area were D’capitale is, appeared to be an upscale area.we felt safe walking even at night. The host was receptive and easily accessible by what’s up app. Even though Viator trips ,we booked, didn’t pick up at this area, we spent an average of $ 4-6 getting to and from the meeting place by Grab taxi. "

The only hotel in town.

"This hotel is worth 2.5 stars at most. Our generous evaluation is 4/10. 1- Reception desk did not have my reservation already paid with Hotels.com. They had to take picture (with their phone) of files in my phone. They had rooms available so they asked that I pay upfront. I insisted that they check with whomever responsible. A few hours later things were settled. 2- They did not know that my reservation was for 3 days so each day the room key was deactivated, I cannot get into my room and had to go back to reception desk to re-activate the key. 3- The main electric outlet was broken so TV, fridge, telephone cannot be used. 4- On the third day a cockroach was found in the bathroom (see pictures) I killed it and flushed down the toilet! 5- Included breakfast was only 1 of 5 choices of Vietnamese soup. You order the evening before and they go out to buy it and brought it back for you. Coffee must be paid aside. "
