Overall, the property was tidy a few spots could need a little extra elbow grease as far as cleaning but overall a very nice apartment with a incredible city view from the balcony, and lots of amenities nearby shopping restaurants and entertainment all very close and very good!! "We are grateful that Novotel was our comfort zone when we traveled to Hanoi. Staff was kind, eager to help, and approachable. Eventhough Staff was having a hard time speaking English they tried their Best to accommodate you. It was a very convenient location. We felt safe and comfortable staying into this hotel. However, if you go for a tour check the tour agency first because this is away from old quarter. Overall, thank you Novotel Hanoi for the great assistance while we enjoyed our holidays. "
