"The hotel Al-Taïr Via Duca Degli Abruzzi 83 San Vito LoCapo is a hotel I would recommend. Very clean and owner available every day if you wished information or help. Less than a five minute walk to the beach. My only negative point was the breakfast buffet was the same every day. Air conditioning worked and tv had Sky available as well as terrestrial stations."

"The Luxmari is a very small hotel located close to the sea. It is easy to get to shopping and dining ."

"You are literally at the ocean for this place! It was nice to fall asleep to the waves. Easy to find, and the owner met me there. Super helpful and friendly Fabio is! The room was very clean and comfortable. Quiet place. They have a family restaurant about 10 meters away which had amazing seafood! Would definitely come back here!"

"We received a warm welcome after a long drive to San Vito. I couldn’t speak any more highly of the staff, who were wonderful and always going that extra mile. Room was decent, and cleaned well every day with new towels. Wifi good. Breakfast was okay but all you really need is a cappuccino and a cornetto anyways. Roof terrance really great feature! Recommend :)"

Technically this is a B&B but would beat any 5 star ultra luxury hotel in the world. "Our stay was very good. The owners are very helpful and nice. Breakfast was simple but what we needed. We stayed in the apartment with kitchen well equipped just missing a kettle, dining room extra bedroom with beds. Also your own little roof terrace which you could look over the street below down to the sea and up to the village. Ideally positioned in the heart of the village, nice harbour and marina, plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants. Lovely village to stay for a short time. "

"We enjoyed the full use of the apartment with onsite parking. Once you get the hang of driving in small Sicilian towns, it becomes east to get around. Balestrate has a beautiful beachfront and many lovely restaurants. Our hostess was helpful and friendly. Mille grazie, Rosalia!"

"We were delighted with our choice of Marina Di Petrolo. The hotel is bright, smart and very clean. Our family room for my wife, daughter and I was a very good size, nicely decorated and smart. The staff were so nice and friendly at all times, and were always willing to help. We were grateful for the wonderful room cleaning staff who tidied and cleaned our rooms every day. There was an excellent Italian breakfast option every day, including freshly-made coffee of your choice. The location is not completely central but all the main areas of the town are easily accessible by foot, which is better to do anyway! Nevertheless there's a spectacular view of the bay from both the breakfast room and our own room. We didn't use the swimming pool because it was winter, but it looked nice. It would have been nice to have had the option to have meals other than breakfast, but it wasn't difficult to find other places around town (including a terrific pizza delivery place directly opposite!). We would love to come back to Sicily and if we are in this part of the island, Marina di Petrolo will be a definite place to revisit."
