"The staff are lovely, really accommodating and will help in any way they can. It is a beautiful set up, although could do with a bit of renovation. The outdoor bath is a lovely idea but we didn’t use it because it was too old and dirty. The area is very busy and like most busy areas in Bali, pretty dirty and noisy. "Property did not look like the pictures. AC doesn’t work in a place that was 90 degrees and humid, phone didn’t work, WiFi didn’t work, sheets smelled. "They treated me excellent my entire stay. Everybody was so welcoming and the hospitality is superb. When I come back, I’m staying here again. The breakfast is awesome. They really know how to treat you well when you arrive. I’m ecstatic and I was here by myself from the US. I felt so safe and good. Property is clean and they went over and beyond for me. That’s love in itself. What a blessing. Keep up the great work. Oh yea, it was also a quiet area and I really enjoyed it. "

"I booked for 3 nights and left after first night. No way I was going to suffer through 2 more nights. I rather lose my 2 nights paid room than stay at this villa any longer. The condition of the villa was in poor condition. Lizard excrement everywhere, urine smell coming from the shower area, aircon not working properly, sliding door was broken, the grass by the pool was muddy, the sofa chair cushions were stained. Bathroom mirror was all mouldy and stained. And there was no power on first...
