"Love this place!!! Staying in villa across the road but I ran out of electricity. My fault. Not the time to explain. But did need to book a Villa so I could charge my phone. Had a shower there too. Lovely space. Will tell my friends. Either way, lovely reception, loved the place. Didn’t see the pool because I’m in my villa pool now - with power and lights. Amazing. Thank you 5 ⭐️"

"I enjoyed my stay at the Rishi Villa. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, frequently checking in on us, especially since it was my daughter's and my first visit to Bali. There was always someone available to help. The location is convenient, with a supermarket just a minute's walk away and small shops around the corner. The area is quiet, and the pool is nice and clean."

"I stayed here at the Dewani Villa with my partner, we both really enjoyed our room as it was spacious and very well kept. The outdoor area with the pool is beautiful. The staff are amazing and tend to your every need and are very friendly. The area you are in is close to shops and cafes. Dewani villa feels like a dream when you stay here. I highly recommend :)"

"BEWARE! Do not stay here tourists! I found insects crawling on my bed. There were toe nails on the floor! I found blood on the sheets. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Staff is also rude, especially the guy who wears glasses and has no hair. Told him my ac wasn’t working and he came and started shouting at me. Worst stay ever! "

"The property and WOTIF falsely advertise the property. There was no roof top restaurant, bar or room service. I was given a 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen had no crockery, cutlery or cleaning equipment and the sink and tap area were not clean. The bathroom had towels that were old, stained, thin, small and of poor quality. There was no soap provided in the bathrooms. The bedrooms were adequate but again, there sheeting and covers were stained and main bed was very hard. There was no air conditioning in the main living areas but had it in the bedroom which was loud. One of the female reception staff was rude and was unhelpful when I needed assistance - she advised me that she was not obligated to help me. I had to go to reception to ask about wifi and internet connection. I was given a password but was unable to connect to the wifi. Overall, I would not recommend Umalas Hotel and Residence and therefore requesting a refund on the property. Could somebody please call me to discuss further as this property was not up to standard.
