"Make u feel like caming back home. This is our 4year back to Langkawi and stay in the same hotel. Staf here like ur family. We are so happy. The view amazing.beach clean and lovely like private beach not crowded at all. Vary recommend to stay in this hotel."

"Stayed 5 nights in a princess beach villa and on the whole excellent service, with one or two things that let it down - we asked for a table to be reserved at the Terrace but it wasn’t made and upon appearing for dinner, no table for us, hastily thrown together which was very disappointing, and a bit embarrassing having to ask for condiments, cutlery etc. Beach villa was lovely esp the pool, not cheap but worth it for the peace and privacy. In room dining was good and arrived quickly, not an extensive choice but good enough. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The buffet dinner was also varied and hot, with an excellent range of cuisines. Mini bar topped up daily, but fresh milk needs requesting if you enjoy tea/coffee. Our arrived in a tiny jug, but that was solved by requesting a whole carton instead. Two sun beds reserved in the beach for each villa which was lovely at the end of the afternoon. We didn’t use the main pool but it was always busy. The hotel has a range of trips and experiences on offer but we sourced our own. Staff very friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble, although we did need to chase up some items of laundry, not a big deal. Taxis/Grab easily available, the SkyCab is close and very enjoyable. On the whole, it was very enjoyable and relaxing with one or two things that let it down for us. Not the cheapest hotel on the island but for a treat, it met our needs despite one or two issues. We would return without a doubt. "

"The staff at this hotel makes the stay even better! Beautiful modern hotel with superb rooms. We had a great room on the 6th floor overlooking the sea and pool view. The rooms are so quiet with great a/c, so we had perfect sleep conditions. The evening buffet is fantastic value including drinks and we akso tried a number of local restaurants within 5 mins walk."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Villa Kelapa. We were looking for a few days of mainly relaxation, and this place was perfect for that. Nice, peaceful surroundings amongst rice fields with gorgeous sunsets and good, friendly, easy-going service. Shout out to Fauzi for taking good care of us. Our villa (Batu, I think) was clean and spacious, very comfortable and our daughter appreciated having her own room. Good aircon and hot water. We had a kitchen too with a stovetop and basic cooking utensils. Especially loved the outdoor area with dining table, hammock and pull down shades. So nice! We weren’t in Langkawi to do a lot of activities, so the location wasn’t a problem for us. We went out one night for dinner and took a day-trip to Pulau Payar, and relaxed at the villa the rest of our time. Nice pool. They recommend having your own transportation, but we managed fine by taking Grab rides and ordering Grab food. You might need to plan a bit and schedule Grab rides ahead of time from the villa so you don’t have to wait a long time. Would highly recommend for peaceful, quiet relaxation and comfortable, beautiful environment."

"Rooms were good, beds comfortable, staffs friendly and ready to assist. Breakfast was excellent at Rice Garden. There were a few maintenance issues like water clogging in wash basin, tv remote not working, door card was not working at times. However staff immediately assisted to resolve issues. We booked for two Delux Double rooms. The rooms were on the other side of the GF even upon request placed during booking to give us rooms next to each other. Sofa bed was provided instead of single bed in the rooms. These were later changed upon request. Overall the experience was very good. Loved the lounge and pool area. There was always a pleasant breeze in these areas at all times which made us unwind and relax. 99island bar and service was great. "
