"Due to there being 3 of us in our family, we had to reserve 2 rooms. I had hoped for 2 single beds but was only given a full size bed in each room. The rooms are very, very small as are the bathrooms with very little space for storage of suitcases . Just be aware. Also, I attempted to use the washing machine, and although there are instructions in English, and I followed them, it still didn’t work correctly. One plus is free coffee and tea. "Don't know why it doesn't rate higher. Very close to Kyoto Stn, so was great after getting off the train with suitcases. Clean, friendly staff. Room small by Western standards but knew that when booked."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this place, I did a solo trip to Japan and had a half week stay here. Staff was very friendly and were very polite. Every time I come or go from the Hotel, the front desk staff always greeted me. It was close to a station and was in walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. I would love to come here again next time I come to Japan and visit Osaka!"

"Rooms are small, as with most rooms in Japan, but clean and comfortable. Great location - just a 5 minute walk to the national park and right in the centre of the town. Surrounded by restaurants and shops. Solo female traveller & felt very safe here. "
