"As you would expect it for a house designed for large Groups we were a group of 15 young people (20-23). The homeowner greeted us super unfriendly bevause of this and made the whole stay uncomfortable by her toxic behaviour towards us. The house looks nice but is build really cheap and the owner will try to scam the deposit for literally anything. Can not recommend."

"The house was great, swimming pool and terrace with covered veranda was amazing. The water was still cold but it was only May. The bedroom was comfortable with a lot of space. Although I would have preferred a closet to hang my clothes instead of an open 'hanger'. the kitchen was very well equipped. The bathroom was however really too small and we could not regulate the hot water. It really was ideal for the two of us. I cannot imagine we could have been with four! We made several visits...

"This is a fantastic villa with everything you need for a great holiday - swimming pool (cleaned regularly), air conditioning, pool table, balcony, etc. Note that the property is split between upstairs (3 bedrooms & 2 shower rooms) and downstairs (2 bedrooms, shower room, kitchen / dining/ living area) with external stairs - not an issue, but a small surprise. Also note that it's at least an hour's drive to get anywhere apart from the local towns & lake (roads in Croatia are slower than around...

"We all enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone that likes to be away from the crowd. A very peaceful and relaxing holiday. The owner made us feel very welcome and left bread, beer, fruit, cheese and ham, fruit and biscuits. We had a problem with no hot water and when I sent a text he came within 30 minutes and put it right."
