"We had a wonderful family vacation in Croatia! Not only was this house beautifully furnished and clean, it had a perfect size pool, and it is in a great location. It is a two minute walk to the beach and to a cafe. Our host Marta was very helpful with check-in and so quick to respond to any of our questions. She also gave us great recommendations on places to go and restaurants, all which we followed and enjoyed. I highly recommend this house!"

"Wir waren 9 Erwachsene im Alter zwischen 18 und 21 Jahren. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Obwohl der Vermieter im Erdgeschoss wohnte, hatten wir viel Privatsphäre und wurden nicht gestört, auch wenn wir bis in die frühen Morgenstunden gefeiert haben. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und kam uns mit einigen Geschenken entgegen, was wir sehr nett fanden. Bei der Kommunikation gab es allerdings ein paar Probleme aufgrund der Sprachbarriere. "We had a great holiday staying at Ana's villa. Very friendly welcome, super clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The garden and pool area are very private as the neighbouring house was not occupied. About 15 minutes by car from Zadar, the coast at Sukosan and the lake at Posedarje. (the roads are excellent) Would thoroughly recommend Villa Andu!"

"Wir waren mit unseren Kindern 10 Tage in diesem schönen Haus und haben jeden Tag voll und ganz genossen. Im Haus gibt es alles was man braucht und der Pool ist einfach toll. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hat uns von Anfang an perfekt unterstützt. In der Gegend kann man viele tolle Ausflüge machen und die kleine Bucht in der Nähe ist sehr schön. "Loved the property and location. It is a bit of a drive from split airport 1hr 15mins but no real issue. Fantastic location to visit split, trogir, krka national park and sibinek. Best features were the pool and the outdoor dining and BBQ area. Also the abundance of figs that we were more than happy to eat. "Wir hatten entspannte 14 Tage. Durch die Häuser und die schöne Steinmauer von der Außenwelt abgeschottet, konnten wir den Pool ganz für uns genießen. In dem schönen Freisitz haben wir gefrühstückt, Kaffee getrunken und Abend gegessen und saßen bis spät in die Nacht. Die Poolbeleuchtung tat Ihr übriges zu einem tollen Flair. Es war super!"

"Very nice house , exactly what we expected and hoped for and a good location to both get a feel for the local environment of central Croatia, visit nearby towns and National Parks. My only recommendation is to bring your own beach towels for use by the pool as they were not provided."

"As you would expect it for a house designed for large Groups we were a group of 15 young people (20-23). The homeowner greeted us super unfriendly bevause of this and made the whole stay uncomfortable by her toxic behaviour towards us. The house looks nice but is build really cheap and the owner will try to scam the deposit for literally anything. Can not recommend."

"The villa was immaculate. It was well laid out and suited our requirements very well. The pool was first class. The outside seating areas were really nice. The position of the villa was good- it was a straight road to Zadar, a great little city.The hosts were very friendly and helpful and we were brought home produced tomatoes, peppers and olive oil. "
