"Hi we booked a 3 bed caravan villa Property 11249889 Resavation Id. TN549825605 This was a 3 bed 2 bathrooms 1st double 2nd 2 singles 3rd 2 singles Towels linen included 4 adults My niece and partner and 16 year old son And I'm 66 years old with limited disability. When we arrived for someone to meet us there was no one there so we rang the mobile we were given he directed us to one which isn't the one we booked it was a two bed and didn't seem anywhere near the standard we booked. When...

"Worst place I ever stayed, it was a empty unsafe shell. No bedding pillow TV network nothing to entertain, couldn't even sleep. Even club house was like a dead shell. I wouldn't even go back if they offer me money. I checked out next day. It was completely unsafe. Nail was sticking out next to the bed. No response from anyone they are are useless. Asked for refund but no response. First time leaving the bad comment don't bother "

"Real WOW factor cottage set in a quiet remote location. The cottage was very clean and very cozy with amazing views direct from the very comfy relaxing living area. Everything you could need is there. Would definitely recommend to anyone. "

"The chalet was cute, compact & self contained. It did us really nicely, even with 5 of us. The owner was really helpful and always replied to any communication we made with her. The beds were comfy, even the put up one. The view is great. It would benefit from a shower being installed."

"This was an excellent hotel. There was on site parking and the staff were particularly helpful. They even very graciously did a little printing for us at no extra charge. The breakfast was plentiful with a great variety of choice. I’d certainly stay there again. Thank you"

"Had a really lovely and welcoming stay at the tilman hotel,staff lovely, especially ella who was really friendly and helpful with anything we needed,and dan the manager who was great too with his knowledge of the area and also couldn't do enough for us,brillient service all round,fab room,gorgeous food,brill facilities and lovely location,will defo return and reccomend"

Friendly helpful staff. Central in Bala

"We booked through hotels.com, but we booked a triple room, as it was cheapest option for a couple and a 20 year old daughter. On check in, there was not a triple room, rather than cancel us, they gave us 2 twins, much to the delight of all of us. Very friendly. Thank you"

Starling Cloud, Aberystwyth by Marston’s Inns

"Clean, well presented accommodation. Plenty of parking, free of charge and directly outside rooms. Easy check in and check out. Pub on site offering food - very friendly and helpful staff. A little walk into town, probably a good 10 minutes. However, can drive in and out as parking plentiful. Only £6 for taxi right to the sea front. Would stay again "

Great location

"I arrived early but was able to access my room straight away. I was initially told that my room still had to be paid for but I had prepaid. This was resolved quickly however. The hotel is conveniently located on a regular bus route and I took the opportunity to visit Blaenau Ffestiniog 20 minutes away. The evening meal was excellent with plenty of choice on the menu. My room was fine and extremely comfortable. Some slight traffic noise as it was at the front of the property."
