"The staff were very polite and very helpful could do enough for us. The only thing that was a bit of a pain was the allergies menu was on the website. As I don’t bring my mobile out with me it took sometime to get the menu up. I don’t know why there isn’t a card with allergy's menu like the standard one. "

"Have stayed here before and will stay here again. Great experience from checking in to checking out. Staff are friendly, helpful and generally lovely. Rooms are clean, well decorated and furnished. Shower is spacious and powerful. Breakfast is included and there are a good number of options, excellent! A great bonus is the free parking in a secure car park. I have nothing negative to say, very happy 😊 "

"Stayed at the converted watermill with my husband for his 50th birthday with friends. From the time we drove up to the property we were amazed how stunning it was aswell as the location, the views were out of this world and the perfect place to relax and unwind which was exactly what we wanted.Extremely well equipped with everything you require for your stay and Ruth the owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be rebookung at some point next year it was just magical thankyou Ruth."

"On arrival reception explained that they had problems with their emails etc and when they received my realised they had no ground rooms available. They allowed us to use a bungalow they rent out im another village.It was fantastic, hot tub swimming pool etc. The hotel itself were brilliant and very helpful "

"The Gwesty’r Marine Hotel is part of an older Victorian Era district. It shows its age at times, but the overall experience is outstanding. The people are very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable except that it got pretty hot on the one really sunny day we had (which was unusual for November). If you are expecting a modern hotel with all the newest amenities, you will find more issues. If you want a great place to stay, within walking distance of the city center, and don’t mind some historical ambience, you will not be disappointed. The restaurant also has great choices for dinner."

"Beautiful little hotel in the middle of town. Easy walking to local shops. Rustic, but in a great way. Feels like what a family owned hotel should feel like, and super easy check In/Out."
