"The best western at new Carlton Maryland is very the same. It looks the same way as it does on its website. The rooms are clean and they have been updated. Other items do need to be updated, but they are clean and wholesome for a price conscious customer. The only issue I had is with communication communications. I went and made my reservations, but upon the date several days before my arrival, they could not find my reservation so I had to make new reservations. I was unable to contact the...
