"Had a wonderful stay in peak autumn with our young kids. The cottage felt like home. I loved that the property has a beautiful view on the hill but a nice flat spot of lawn for the kids to run on at the lake. We enjoyed taking the paddle boat around the island. The kitchen was another great spot to gather while cooking and washing up. The beach was quiet with nice areas to walk along the waterfront in both directions. "Location was right near the public beach and ice cream store. Let the kids play at the beach and playground. Plenty of bedrooms. Wasn’t aware that we were expected to take our garbage home with us until we got there and weren’t prepared to do that. Meijer is a couple of miles away if you need supplies. Overall, good place to stay. "
