Whatever the weather, you’ll have no trouble preparing delicious meals in the modern, fully equipped kitchen, and staying entertained with the Smart TV and complimentary WiFi.

Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional powder room easily accommodate up to nine guests here, with a laundry and fully fenced yard topping it all off.

Gosling Cottage offers space to park your boat and is located just under 10 minutes’ drive from two ramps at the Motuoapa and Tokaanu harbours. Very Cold
Very close to main road and lots of traffic noise. Children sleeping in front bedroom kept waking when heavy lorries passed by. Cobwebs around the entry door, kitchen and small toilet. Bathroom windows didn't close properly so bathrooms were very cold. Everything we needed was provided and maybe this house would be good for a Summer letting but not for Winter, it was freezing cold and when the wood burner went out it took ages for the living room to heat up again especially in the mornings. The house really needs a heat pump. Also a broom for sweeping up would be good and a decent dustpan and brush.

This house was just perfect for our group trip getaway. Perfect for a group or family. Really spacious, clean and tidy.Has heaps of beds, open plan layout, with a modern kitchen and everything you need. Loved the fireplace, kept us nice and cozy while we had our down time. Even had a neat little bar setup. Was a nice touch. Great location, only a few minutes from the main town centre, a 30min drive to the mountain, Whakapapa village. And about an hour to Taupō. Super easy and fast check in using lockbox. No hassles. We highly recommend. Would definitely book again in future.
