"The place was very nice in comparison to other motel 6s I had ever been to. The room was super clean, there was a fridge , a microwave and t.v. the check-in was fast but they do require cash deposit instead of credit card. It was quiet, beds were large. It was tricky to get to the address since there are so many one way streets. It was also a quick gateway to Sequoia National Park, which was our reason for visiting the area. "

No other seating except an office chair and the kitchen table chairs, I could honestly say the house itself was clean . The other problem is the apartments beside the house.
