"The hotel was closed for renovations upon arrival to check in. No notification sent to me in regards to the hotel status. Had to book a room in another Ramada, half a mile away. According to the hotel staff where I was able to book a room. Its a constant issue about their bad service. Waiting for my full refund!"

"Their swimming pool and breakfast were big hits ! I really didn’t understand why the room crossed the hall way remodeling was assigned to us. They were still working after 6pm and getting louder, so I needed to ask changing a room. A shampoo and conditioner were too small containers and not enough for 2 people. hopefully leave one set for one person, or bring my own bottles next time . I really loved their self-make breakfast waffle maker !!!"

"Staff was very quick and efficient checking in. Was offered fresh baked cookies upon check in. Pool was nice and warm my only disappointment was the hot tub was not working and was roped off. "
