"You have to understand the area you are in, and this is pretty rural Japan. So, for such an area this was a great hotel. Clean, helpful staff, very good breakfast included. And, hot bath area if that is your thing. Perfect location right by the station but super quiet. The beds are traditional Japan style so VERY firm. We enjoyed our stay!!"

"I had a really comfortable stay at Route-Inn. The room is nice and bed comfy. The breakfast buffet was superb and there are lots of options for affordable dining close by. It is a bit of a walk to get to the train station and some bus stops but I was able to get everywhere I needed just fine. "

"Amazing view from the room. The hotel is equipped with an elevator which was helpful with my 81 year old mother who cannot walk too well at times. The service staff was pleasant and kind. "あつみ温泉のいちばん入口にあるお宿です。 元々の建物はおそらく少し年季が入っていたと思いますが、全体的にきれいに、高級感を持ち合わせた感じにリニューアルされていて良かったです。 到着時の、ラウンジに座りながらのチェックインやウェルカムドリンクなど、台湾スタッフの方がとても上手な日本語で、優しく応対してくださって、印象抜群でした。 大浴場はあつみ温泉のお湯がたっぷり楽しめます。露天風呂ではなく半露天風呂ですが、庭園が見えてきれいでした。 食事はなかなか豪華でした。いちばんは、お宿おすすめの鯛のカマ。初めて食べましたが、これが大変美味しかったです。ぜひ泊まられる方はこちらで夕食も召し上がった方がいいと思います。 ウィークポイントとしては、部屋の扉や水回りは恐らくリフォームしていないので、次回はぜひそのあたりの更新をされた方が良いかもしれません。 旅行パンフが置かれていたところですが、山形県内のもう少しいろいろな場所のパンフレットが豊富にあると良かったでしょうか。 総じて、温海温泉のお湯を楽しめて良かったです。"
