"This place is gorgeous inside and top-tier customer service from the moment you arrive in a taxi. They took our luggages to bring to the room, spoke terrific English to help us with check-in, and wonderful sky lounge buffet with a perfect view of Tokyo Tower. Everyone was very sweet and attentive. The room gives a bit of a retro elegance feel similar to hotels that offer tea times. Water from shower needed time to get hot but otherwise it was a nice stay! Convenient to Tokyo Tower! "
