"Fabulous property and hosts. They couldn’t do enough for us and were extremely helpful. It’s a very relaxing place to stay and we loved not being in the noise of Krakov. It’s near some beautiful places including a very picturesque reservoir and a fabulous national park. Krakov is 40 minutes away and we spent two days there. The jacuzzi experience in the garden was wonderful."

"Clean apartment with towels, toiletries, air conditioning, and good wi-fi. There were two single beds in the room that could be pushed together to make into a double. Managed to check in early (11:15am as opposed to 4pm) - people at reception were nice. Close to Energylandia (10/15 minute walk) and some shops and restaurants nearby. Found it very difficult to get taxis in the local area. Ubers/iTaxi were generally available eventually (maximum waited 1.5 hours) so note this if you are wishing to use a taxi to get anywhere (we required them to go to Auschwitz and to Krakow). When we tried to ring local taxis we were met with ‘we’re busy’, ‘no taxis in Zator’ or just hanging up. Of course, no fault of the hotel, just a point about the area in general for visiting tourists. We would perhaps consider hiring a car next time to reduce stress trying to track a taxi down. "

"From the start of making our plans to stay, the communication and explanations were very clear. When we checked in with Mateusz, he was very efficient at explaining all and made us feel very welcome!! We wanted to have a local authentic stay outside of Krakow, yet close to the the salt mines and the city. This home OVER Delivered any expectations!! There were only four of us- however the home easily could have held many many more people. The home itself is perfectly appointed, very spacious, located near local stores and SPOTLESS !! Highly highly recommend!!!!"

"I don’t normally do reviews but I want to say this place was great. We only stayed for two night as we were going to Energylandia for for the duration of our stay. Great place to go if you’ve got kids of all ages even better they have a bus that takes and brings you back which was a nice touch. Can’t fault the cleanness of our room, both restaurants and the reception and outside garden areas absolutely spotless! Breakfast was ok again staff kept all areas clean. The main restaurant was great the food for the price was excellent. Overall great stay and definitely will go back. Shame we got ripped off by the airport taxi but you live and learn. "
