Hvilket hotellet ikke ville kompensere, så vi kunne ikke gå i bad eller bruge wc´et Vi blev henvist til et andet hotel for at gå i bad, som vi selv måtte betale for. "

"Premetto che appena arrivati lì abbiamo scoperto non essere un hotel 4 stelle ma un 2 stelle. Malgrado avessimo prenotato da 2 mesi ci hanno detto che l'hotel era pieno.
