"Clean, neat and perfectly equipped. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Room was cosy and well stocked with tea and coffee etc Would recommend and stay again"

"Hotel situated in a quite part of the town, yet not far from sea front and shops. Our room on ground floor was very good, clean warm , breakfast very very good, loads to choose from full breakfast piping hot. Can not find any fault with the hotel."

"What a gem of a place. Such a welcoming place. Ann and Jim are the perfect hosts. Room with our own little private garden downstairs was lovely and the bathroom area very clean and eco friendly with no plastics. Even liked the bamboo toilet paper which I also use at home. Breakfast every morning is cooked fresh and very decent coffee. I would thoroughly recommend a stay here."

"I had a really good stay at the Southwold. The owners were helpful and friendly and the B&B was clean and tidy. The breakfasts in the morning were also large and tasty. I had the single room right up on the top floor, which was up a normal flight of stairs, then a second steeper set which I didn't mind but others may have trouble with. I also had a separate large bathroom, which was on the other side of the landing. However this was no trouble for me. There was a bit of a walk to the pier and...

"This was our fourth stay at The Balmoral. We've stayed in some of the other larger hotels in Skeggy and haven't been to impressed. We found this one four years ago and haven't bothered looking for anywhere else since. Lovely little hotel and we'll be back again next year. "

"We have an annual mum and daughters, plus dogs, getaway every year, but usually in the Spring, so choosing Norfolk in November, would be a little different, but this time we had my 4 year old granddaughter with us.
