"My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Oriental Jade Hotel in Hanoi, and it absolutely exceeded all expectations! The hotel itself is beautiful, with a perfect blend of modern elegance and local charm. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. One night, when we were headed out for a late dinner, a staff member even walked us all the way to the restaurant—such a thoughtful touch! The food suggestions provided by the staff were spot-on, and every meal we had was delicious. I also have to mention the coffee class the hotel organized—it was an unforgettable experience that added a unique local flavor to our trip. Overall, I highly recommend Oriental Jade Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. It's an exceptional place to stay with outstanding service and experiences!"

"Great Hanoi old town and central hotel. The standout has to be the staff who were all pretty incredible. I don't think I've ever felt so at home in a hotel. Pretty much everything you'd want to see in central Hanoi is in walking distance with the hotel facing out directly on to one of the city lakes. Market/night market, shops, bars and restaurants are minutes away whilst the hotel has its own restaurant and rooftop bar. "

"Wound up staying for many more days than expected and can’t say enough about how nice a stay it was. Hotel du Parc was a sanctuary of peace and be calm in the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. Far enough from the Old Quarter to get a feel for real Hanoi. The staff, from the doorman, to housekeepers and staff in the executive lounge all were wonderful and helpful in ensuring I was comfortable both at the hotel and in Hanoi in general. "

"The hotel is very nice and the service is great. If you like hard beds it is good for you but had difficulty myself since I am a stomach sleeper. If you are on business and do not like a lot of traffic there is no getting around it between 7am and 10am and back home around 5pm."
