"We had a great stay at the farmhouse at Peaks of Otter Winery in Bedford, VA! My husband & I needed rest and relaxation and the stay at Elmo's Rest farmhouse did not disappoint!! "This home fit our family needs perfectly! The setting was beautiful even in winter season. We made all of our own meals and the kitchen was so well stocked and equipped with what we needed. "The old/new farm house is by far the best place we have stayed. It was amazing! The house was perfect inside and outside. Every little detail was well thought out and perfect. Was surprised when I walked in and realized it was just one open room aside from the bathroom but it was cozy. Really the only downside was the smell. Resembled the smell of an old nursing home.
