I was shivering but the warmer is set to 21' but they could have turn of the heating..second is that there was no sufficient towels. Normally if you enter a hotel or aparthotel you get the towels for the number of days you are staying i,e 4 days, then 4 towels for every person. Next the soap, shampoo or lotion. "We got there just after 6pm. The place was open but there is no reception, nor was anyone there to greet us and no phone number to call. Fortunately there was a couple of guys staying there who were able to call someone who let us into our room. "It seems that the host has a special opinion about what "Lux" means. When we arrived at the place, it was quite cold and there was no guidance on how to turn on the heating and the thermostats on the radiators were covered with rubber, preventing us from adjusting the temperature. Additionally, there wasn't enough bedding for the three of us. Only one bed was prepared, and I had to personally go to the host owned hotel to complain and ask for extra bedding.
