"Un grand merci à Paola et Giuliano pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et nous sommes sentis très bien dans le chalet. C’est bien situé, beau et calme; il y a plein de belles choses à voir tout autour. Juste une petite suggestion pour encore plus de confort : un four micro-onde, et des chaises longues ! Encore merci, ça a été un vrai plaisir de vous connaître !"

"Good stay in Chamonix. Check-in at 1700hrs is quite late and ahould be revised. As a seasoned traveler this is the first time I've ever seen such a late check-out followed by a 1000hrs check-out. Grateful that the check-out was extended to 1100hrs and yes the check-in time is indicated when making the selection for the hotel but just unfortunete. Overall nice stay at Balcon de Savoy."

"Absolutely LOVED this hotel! It was in a great location, super clean, friendly worker at the front desk, free parking under the hotel and the room was great! It had everything you could possible need in the kitchen and the bed was comfortable! I will definitely stay here again in the future! "

"Very nice discovery with the big sky hotel! Friendly staff, great vibe, nice reception area with games like pool and video games to hang out, free snack around 4pm, ski shop in the hotel with very friendly staff - we enjoyed our 3 days of skiing! The only thing is we were on the ground floor and our room was slightly cold so next time I would ask for a room on another floor. The pool and spa area was a great plus when coming back from a day of skiing. You have to take the car to go skiing but that did not bother us since we wanted to try different areas around chamonix. Fully recommend!!"
