"We stayed here for a week for a ski trip. The staff leading up to the trip was extremely helpful and made sure we had tickets, rentals, etc. all with some discounts added. The property is just as it’s described. It was clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location was perfect right in the middle of town. "It is a quaint little cabin that has all the amenities. Care should be taken with the stairs, as they are steep! But the view from the top floor is amazing and well worth it. Our host Colleen gave us lots of personal care and attention which we really appreciated."

It was only a short distance from the main city area, and several ski locations making it very convenient for us to enjoy a little of everything! "We always love staying at Le Cristal de Jade when visiting Chamonix; it’s our go-to place! The property is beautifully maintained, and the pool area is a wonderful spot to relax after a day out in the mountains. One area for improvement would be ensuring the apartment is thoroughly cleaned before check-in. During our last stay, we noticed it wasn’t as spotless as we’ve come to expect. A little more attention to detail would make the experience even better."
