"It’s a historical building wonderfully refurbished - it really gives palace energy. The rooms are cozy, tidy, the bathroom has all you need, everything is clean. "We loved our stay here - we really felt like part of the city. Our hosts spoke NO english so that was fun to navigate - but they were incredibly sweet. "Very nice and clean, equipped with all you need. Beautiful view on the mountains and the gulf of Arbatax. Baunei lies on 480NN, so the apartment is a good starting point if you are about to hike. To the seaside the road is rather winding and it takes you 20 to 30 minutes."

The villa itself is 5 minutes walk to Tancau beach and about 10 minutes to the main beach in Santa Maria Navarrez. Everything in the apartment was in order and comfortable. "This was a wonderful stay at Vito's apartment. The check-in process was smooth with Vito there to guide us through the property, and they were kind enough to leave us some Italian biscuits as a gift!
