"L'ambiente è molto bello e spazioso e dotato di molti comfort. Arredato con gusto e funzionale. Però alcuni consigli: sostituire la vasca con la doccia, molto più pratica. Quanto meno inserire una tenda per non bagnare il resto del bagno. Incrementare la capacità dello scalda bagno obiettivamente piccolo e con poca capacità. Finire l'acqua calda è quasi una certezza. "Very nice and clean, equipped with all you need. Beautiful view on the mountains and the gulf of Arbatax. Baunei lies on 480NN, so the apartment is a good starting point if you are about to hike. To the seaside the road is rather winding and it takes you 20 to 30 minutes."

"All as described, small cottage but with everything you need for a lovely stay in Santa Maria navarrese. Best suited as a base for beach and day trips! We'd hapilly come back!"

"Good things first: The bathroom was recently renovated and in decent shape. The property manager was very nice and helpful. The apartment was however not quite what we expected. There was no living room area, except a kitchen (and the two bedrooms). The kitchen and rooms were dark and a bit dank. The terrace was surrounded by raw land without even grass, plus a piece of dirty artificial grass. The garden furniture was old ald worn-out. The terrace also face directly to a (smelly) garbage deposit...
