A staff member did come quickly to help us turn a fan on, which helped block out the exterior noise, but the room never really cooled."

"My room is spacious looking out to the lake from the window. The bathroom is spacious and modern. Everything is clean in my room. Staffs are friendly and nice. It is very convenient to take public transport like buses and metro to anywhere in Milan. The people in the Segrate are very nice too. If you prefer space and green land, it is the place!"
