"Excellent oasis given Manchester's non stop construction. A rocking bar of sorts in front of the property as well to enjoy. The staff was excellent and stepping into the foyer was welcoming and warm. Room was great as were the amenities. Neat microwave and convection oven combo but the controls were confusing. "All the staff were just great, so pleasant and so helpful and friendly. We stayed here to go to the Arena and we also stayed in the Holiday Inn Express at Birmingham, and both hotels were immaculate and the staff were brilliant."

Concert Stay

"I travelled for work for a concert that was happening at Co-op Live, as such the hotel was busy but not terribly so. Only impact that may have is on their 3 lifts when trying to go to breakfast and checking out as everyone is doing the same and there can be a 5 min wait for some of the upper floors, as it seems some of the lifts skip floors or go to certain floors in order of when they were called 🤔"

"Had a lovely stay at Marriott! Arrived early to drop off bags and the lovely reception staff checked us in early! Deluxe room was great, plenty of room and clean. Bed was very comfy! Great, tasty breakfast selection, close to train station, metro link and shops. Would definitely stay again! "

"Second time saying at The Queens Hotel and a lovely experience as usual. The staff is incredible and the hotel is fabulous. Can’t ask for more central location than right next to the train station. Modern facilities and spotless. I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about The Queens. "
