"The house is beautiful, comfortable and was pristine when we checked in. Decks and screened porch are wonderful. The kids loved the 3rd floor bedroom space, and it was fabulous being so close to Popham Beach. Definitely recommend. Kitchen on 2nd floor ... so have some strong helpers to bring in groceries ;)"

"Beautiful location, really enjoyed the stay. The stairs are a challenge especially with no landing at the top. Didn't receive any notification about check-in and I got no answer when I called but when I checked the door was unlocked and keys were on the table. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. "

"We really enjoyed our time here has a beautiful view of the ocean. Had all the things needed to kayak and go out on the water. Nice and secluded. Had a fire pit, which was lovely to turn on In the evening. Would recommend this place and stay again"

"We enjoyed our stay here. Cute newly remodeled room. Close to all we wanted to experience in boothbay. "

"There were four of us so we each had a bedroom. We have been friends since 1955!!! It was a wonderful getaway! "

"Beautiful house with lots of charm….. gorgeous views from the deck. I was texted when we arrived to make sure we were happy with the cleanliness of the home and we were . House was supplied with plenty of towels, blankets, toiletries, cushions for outdoor furniture and games. We stayed here with our dogs who loved it as well. We would stay here again"

"The shared driveway was a challenge and the hike from the driveway to the house had was also a challenge. Additionally the window in one of the bathrooms did not work, the dishwasher was not secured and tilted when you put dishes in, one of the commodes ran constantly unless you jiggle. The kitchen garbage can is broken."

"Great house very comfortable and well appointed. Very roomy for our entire family. Nice to have en suite bathrooms with all the bedrooms. The host was very good with communication. Located on a busy road and the driveway is on a curve which made it a little challenging entering and exiting the property. "

"Just a perfect getaway. Very well maintained home with a few handy man quirks. Power went out and the Generac generator kicked right on. House is well stocked, clean and perfectly situated for a secluded trip. I would mention that you have to walk thru one bedroom ( attic dormer) to get to the forth bedroom. And there is no door between the two just a curtain. Which might be an issue if it was all couples. Overall this was a perfect getaway. Loved the location. The kayaks were great ( better pay...

"Nice house in quiet location. Great kitchen!! Master bed was comfy except sheets should be replaced. The house is large with a huge finished basement. The TV in the basement was OK. The basement sofa is comfy but the primary sofa upstairs was uncomfortable. All in all... a very good property that could be great with better bed sheets and living room sofa."

"Spent 2 glorious fall weeks at this West Bath property. This older, well updated house nicely accommodated the two of us. It was very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed. There were plenty of dishes and flatware. We cooked in for most meals. There are black out curtains in the main bedroom, so you can really sleep in if you want to! We did! "It was so nice to be next door to family to celebrate our uncle’s 90th birthday. We enjoyed staying in a house with a lot of history. "

"We very much enjoyed our stay at the Blue Lobster! We were in town visiting our student at Bowdoin and found this property to be a lovely vacation spot a reasonable distance from campus. The house sits on a beautiful spot on the water and had everything we needed for our stay. We will return!"

"Our party of 8 enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped and stocked to get you started. Conveniently located to town and the Botanical Gardens. Plenty of outside space for kids to run around and play. It has a beautiful view of the cove but is very rocky. This didn't stop us from hunting hermit crabs and catching fish. The house is old but that gives it the Maine charm. "

"They thought of everything, including binoculars. We watched seabirds and lobstermen working and didn't leave the house until late in the day for the Botanical Gardens. They only communicate through Vacasa,email, and text. Good communication, though. Final payment is through Vacasa. "

"I was just here for one night, but I would definitely return.Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed on Monday night, the day of my stay, but I knew about that in advance, so it wasn't a problem. And I would have liked slippers in my room."
