"I had a conversation a few days earlier with the manager/owner about the attic where we were coming to spend Friday night; I told them I was there to do the cycling master nationals race and that we planned to arrive late on Friday after 9:30 p.m. And we were leaving at 5:00 a.m. when we got there. I never received instructions on how to enter the apartment; after we received the text and got in, oh my God! It felt like an oven at 150 degrees temperature. "It was a great day. The host was great great communication when I needed something or information. The only bad thing was there’s a little club on the side of the house and you can hear the music clearly sometimes so that’s the only drawback when that club is open, but still a great and clean place to go to get away. "

"Well appointed, neat and clean. Close to amenities including shops, restaurants, and Hitchcock Woods. Beds were very comfortable. The only reason why it didn't get 5 stars for accuracy of listing is that I didn't see mention of a rather long, steep flight of stairs leading to the 2nd floor where the unit is located. We managed okay but some folks might find getting their luggage upstairs a bit of a challenge. Otherwise, it is perfect."

"Five friends for an overnight stay. We saw a performer at the Bell auditorium. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The venue was in easy walking distance. We all felt safe and had a ball. House is cozy and comfortable. Lots of local art. We loved it!"

We had a little issue getting in the first time but it was related to the app to open the front door, not the property manager. Helpful hint - if you get a message that you should have already received check in instructions from the app & you haven’t - follow up 😊"

"Five stars for High Meadows Cottage. It was perfect for my short visit to the Grovetown area. The cottage was tastefully decorated, offered everything needed for temporary lodging, and was very clean. Its location provided a relaxing, private atmosphere, and was conveniently located to restaurants, recreational facilities, stores, etc. I would definitely lodge at Hight Meadows Cottage again."
