"At arrival we were warmly greeted by the owner, John. His hospitality was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. This is far better than a hotel. The ideal bed and breakfast charm too. He is so kind and goes out of his way to make his guests feel welcome and appreciated. We came to Augusta for medical reasons, and his kindness touched us at a difficult time. I will be staying here in the future, during my visits for treatment at the Augusta hospital."

"The whole experience was Fantastic. The communication before we arrived with the owner Jake made everything that much better. He welcomed us into his home like we were part of the family . His wife Christine made us an awesome breakfast. The waffles were out of this world. The beds were comfy and the rooms were quiet. Would definitely recommend and would stay again on future trips."

"Normally we come to Augusta for my son’s swim meets twice a year and stay in a hotel but this year we decided to try a VRBO for more room. We are so glad we did. The property is very clean and spacious and the owner was easy to communicate with before the stay. We will book again next year. "
