The only reason why it didn't get 5 stars for accuracy of listing is that I didn't see mention of a rather long, steep flight of stairs leading to the 2nd floor where the unit is located. We managed okay but some folks might find getting their luggage upstairs a bit of a challenge. Otherwise, it is perfect."

"This apartment is upstairs in a out of the way neighborhood. We didn't find it particularly comfortable. There's no TV's in the bedrooms, or convenient bedside lamp for reading, the bathroom door has a gap when closed, but the kitchen was okay. I needed to get back home to see my Doctor for health reasons, but the owner wouldn't consider a refund on the second night, yet he had scheduled work for that day in the driveway and asked me to move my vehicle."

"This house comfortably accommodated our family of nine with plenty of room for each couple to have their own get away location within the house and plenty of common areas to share family time together. In addition the location was great. We walked two short blocks to enjoy downtown Aiken, had short drives to enjoy good food, and it took less than 30 minutes to get to the Augusta airport. Finally the house was beautiful, well maintained, and had great outdoor spaces."
