"It was fabulous. Room clean. Food at bar and restaurant very tasty. Great spa and pool included. I only gave it good and not excellent due to the shower. It was Luke warm not hot. We complained and it was supposed to be fixed during the day. However night 2 and shower was still luke warm. The shower was lovely but There was definitely a problem with thermostat. "

"The hotel is lovely, as always. Comfortable bed and cosy room. The only down side was having to wait an hour for 1 cooked breakfast. By which time, I had eaten my continental breakfast. It was so long that we had to ask them to delay our check out. "

Great hotel for families in Newquay

"Hotel is in a great location, the staff at check in were extremely helpful and the facilities are great for families. Lots to do to keep the little ones entertained including the pool, cinema and play areas. Kids were so excited to have their own drinks tray in the room and bathrobes for the pool. Only one grumble, the breakfast was a fixed price, so not great value if your kids are fussy. Will most certainly be looking to book another trip here with the family."
