There's an accessible lift to avoid the steps if you have a pushchair, wheelchair or heavy luggage but noone expains that this in in the basement area so you end up lifting heavy luggage up steps and slopes. Lovely pots have no plants in, so creates a neglected first impression and there's no bedside tables. "

Front staff spoke enough English and I spoke enough French that everything was great. I arrived early and they stored by luggage for me. Also, they booked a cab for early early AM pickup for me.
