Les équipes étaient adorables et ont accepté de nous changer de chambre suite à une première nuit pas terrible (séminaire en parallèle, qui faisait du bruit et première chambre pas très bien insonorisée). Nous n'avons pas testé les soins. "

Be prepared that most staff /people in the area don't speak good English, but they are super nice and friendly and will do their best to understand broken French :). Highly recommend booking restaurants in the area (especially highly rated ones) in advance."

"We had tried Mama Shelter in Dijon, and the one in Rennes didn't disappoint. Really great location and amenities. Minor thing to make it better from an inclusivity perspective is making it abundantly clear that when booking a slot at the pool, other people from other rooms can also book the same slot. Other venues with similar amenities make it clearer and it makes a world of difference. "Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel où nous avions 2 chambres communicantes. Le personnel à la réception où au petit déjeuner est pro, accueillant, et empli de gentillesse. Les matelas étaient très confortables, les chambres très propres et parfaites pour nous, les produits en salle de bain de bonne qualité. De plus, nous ne pouvions espérer meilleur emplacement intra muros. Merci pour tout 🙏"
