"Chosen chiefly because of its location. The arrival process was pleasant and the staff were friendly. First the good things - Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was roomy with a great shower cubicle and shower. Breakfast had plenty of options and was good value. Service was great. Now the not so good - I did not like the bare concrete ceiling, columns etc. The air con was poor and centrally controlled with only a 3 degree variance possible. "Great hotel! Had a mishap with receiving a scam email from the hotel and it was a scam but the hotel offered great customer service by upgrading our room and left us some chocolates. My only complaint is I wasn’t aware of all the closures due to the Easter holiday so some amenities were unavailable. All and all beautiful room and view, great breakfast, nice sky bar, great staff vey helpful and welcoming! Would stay again for sure! "
