The property was very clean inside and the rooms were nice. The front desk women that helped us were very nice and answered all of our questions. I would stay here again.

Super close to the Historic town if you're in for a quick layover. Loved the bar area/lobby! Very welcoming and nice hotel. Staff were very friendly. Would recommend!

One of my wife's favorite of the hotels we stayed in. Fully stocked bar on site and the breakfast was absolutely great. A short 1/4 mile to great dining and the Christmas Market in Old Town. Loved this hotel. A little more upper scale perhaps although the room was definitely small. Then again we didn't spend too much time in it. Bar personnel were friendly and accommodating. Front desk staff was good, helpful.

I stayed here on a solo trip to visit the Christmas markets but explored a lot of Frankfurt aside from the Christmas markets. This location was probably the best and the hotel was exactly when I needed. I stayed in a double despite being on person and the room was very small, but still comfortable. I did have one reception staff member who was very short with me, but aside from him, I enjoyed it. Would stay here again.
