"The hotel had amazing amenities and service. The overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable while keeping a modern outline. One thing i appreciated the most was the sauna which can be self programmed and used at anyone's convinience."

"I loved my stay at Villa 11. It is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and everything is done to a high quality. Elizabeth is a lovely host and the Prosecco at breakfast on Saturday was a very nice touch! As was the complimentary coffee and snacks available throughout the day. "Nice location and views 30 minutes walk from the Center. Bathroom door made by glass ( no privacy).. Wi-Fi wasn’t very good. Nice double bed but single duvets. Breakfast tasty and fresh with good selections. There is 2 saunas that need to book before use.. unfortunately we was not able to use the full facility as we made bookings no towels,, no staff who is look after need attention, infrasauna not working switch is broken,the ice bucket handle and refill system was not functioning. "Very nice and friendly staff. Place is very nice and modern although in classic Polish Highlander style. Food was excellent and there was no problem to accommodate different diatary needs. There is an great spa in the basement with sauna and salt cave to relax. "

"The room was a nice size to accommodate our family of five. It wasn’t really dirty, but we did find a couple of cigarette butts under things. The biggest problem was that the hotel and restaurant staff were done super early. So, we didn’t have any dinner options after 6pm. There was nothing within reasonable walking distance and we couldn’t remove our car from the parking lot without an employee to let us back into the locked parking lot. "

Breakfast was delicious , staff was helpful , we booked a kulig ( horse sleigh ) for one of the mornings and that was lovely too . "La gentillesse de la propriétaire et de son assistante qui étaient vraiment très accueillantes, souriantes et aimables; La décoration de l'établissement qui est complètement en harmonie avec la région. "We had a lovely stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful, location is very good if you want to explore the mountains. Lidl is a few mins away by car. We really appreciated the electric radiator in the bathroom as we could do some basic laundry during our stay. "

Great food but beds uncomfortable

"Great food in restaurant and bar, good sauna/spa (extra charge), good swimming pool, good location for the ski slope. Bedrooms dated and beds uncomfortable. Bus to take you into town. But for the price paid, will not be coming back"

Great People, Meh Stay

"The hotel staff is awesome - everyone I encountered was so friendly and willing to help lil non polish speaking me. Lots of choices and great things to try at the breakfast! Helpful staff there too. My hotel room door didn’t lock which left me uneasy as night, I even put a chair in front hahaha. My sheets came off one night and there was lots of old hairs on the mattress which gave me the jeebies. The pool is good enough, saunas are hot but kinda small. The jacuzzi is definitely a jacuzzi but it isn’t a hot tub so be prepared for colder than bath water. The service and the people are amazing. Some tightening up would bring this place back to life. "
